We wanted to bring high fashion jewelry to the public at a great price so that they could shop often and update their wardrobe without breaking the bank

Our mission is to bring sparkle and happiness to the world one crystal at a time

  1. What was the most fulfilling moment that happened to you?

What is it that you love most about what you do?

Our favorite moments are always helping our customers to find something that they would never have chosen for themselves. People tend to stick with what they know and not think outside of that box.  We help them to enhance their existing wardrobe

  1. What was the hardest/toughest moment you had to deal with?

Obstacles you faced when dealing with bureaucracy, permits, funding, etc. Something you would like to point out to anyone who might be starting their own organization.

Finding funding for inventory is always a concern when you are starting a business. We are growing so rapidly that this is a constant problem. We recently just got our 1st investor and we are looking forward to getting more private funding this year

  1. What separates you from the rest? Why you?

Our president Heather Bling takes a very hands-on approach to every aspect of the business. She carefully chooses each piece that we carry and is very interactive with all of our customers. She also does personal styling consultations with customers in a 1 on 1 situation to help them with their specific needs and goals

  1. Are you involved in local community, and if yes, how?

We are very involved with charitable organizations in the community. We offer programs where we will set up our Bling Bar And donate 20% of the sales to the charity. We also have a Web-based charity program where we offer charities a code and then donate 20% of the sales generated from that code.

  1. Where do you see your business in 5 years?

Our plan is to keep growing and expand into a large office space with at least 50 employees in 5 years.
