Getting the opportunity to some of the greatest snakes in the world is always awesome but the biggest take away is the ability to educate the public on snake awareness

What is it that you love most about what you do?
Whenever change someone’s opinion or remove a snake from a very high-risk situation it’s always a great sense of achievement

Obstacles you faced when dealing with bureaucracy, permits, funding, etc. Something you would like to point out to anyone who might be starting their own organization.
being on call 24/7 isn’t easy as you can imagine, it becomes more of a lifestyle than a job and there are a lot of sacrifices to be made

Yes, always trying to keep the community informed and stay tight-knit. It’s good for them to know they always have someone to call in case of emergency

I would to have more snake catchers on deck and have a larger impact on the educational side with demonstrations
